Daniel worked at the NATO Programming Centre in Belgium in 1997, before starting as an independent IT consultant for Productivity GmbH, Munich, PDM Competence Group (PCG), Munich and Deutsche Bank, Frankfurt in 1998 and 1999. Daniel has been awarded a scholarship by the Stiftung der Deutschen Wirtschaft (Charity of the German Industry). He speaks German, English, Spanish and Russian. Daniel is since 2000 Managing Director of Gatcombe Park Ventures Ltd. and was between 2002-2005 Managing Director of Moneybookers Ltd. where he still serves as a non-executive director. While working for Moneybookers Ltd., Daniel performed the FSA approved function of Apportionment & Oversight, served as Information Security Officer of an FSA regulated firm and managed the growth of the business to 1.4m customers.

Benjamin founded, and is currently a board member of Kullmann & Meister Asset Management AG, an investment company for emerging capital markets in Eastern Europe. Benjamin is since 2000 Managing Director of Gatcombe Park Ventures Ltd. and was between 2002-2005 Managing Director of Moneybookers Ltd. where he still serves as a non-executive director. While working for Moneybookers Ltd., Benjamin performed the FSA approved functions of Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) and Apportionment & Oversight, served as Compliance Officer of an FSA regulated firm and managed the growth of the business to 1.4m customers.

Viktor acquired the degree "Doctor of Mathematics" at Saint-Petersburg State University, his "Bachelor of Arts, Economics & Operations Research" he acquired at Moscow State University. During his studies he received a scholarship for academic excellence. Viktor has in depth experience in International Finance with more than nine years of experience in corporate finance, portfolio management, joint ventures, capital asset oversight and investor relations. He worked in Russia for Gasinvest (Portfolio Analysis Unit) and Yukos Inc. (Structurer / Equity Financial Products Trading).

Graduated from the American University in Bulgaria (AUBG) in business administration. Kirsy kept various management functions in the Antiguan offshore industry and works currently as a Liason Officer for the government of Antigua & Barbuda. She speaks English, Spanish, French and Bulgarian.
